PSS20 - Anti Graffiti Coating Products for the 21st century


 

The sight of an historical treasure being ruined by Graffiti best illustrates the need for an anti graffiti coating. This historic  Martello Tower in Dublin  has had a double whammy of damage. The obvious Graffiti of course, but the less obvious 'bodged removal' of graffiti on the first five courses of the stone tower, which has scarred the stone permanently. Had this building been protected by PSS20 such damage would have been entirely avoidable

Reversible (Sacrificial) Coating Products and removal procedure/service.

Sacrificial coatings do exactly what you would think. It's a protective layer that sacrifices itself in order to protect the surface material.

The main Sacrificial Product that we use is PSS20 and this is applied to the concrete/wall surface.....

If a graffiti attack is carried out on the concrete surface that was treated with PSS20 we can then be called out to remove the PSS20 layer via our Power wash system and then re-apply a new PSS20 layer which will re-protect the surface in-case of another attack.

 

 

Permanent Coating Products

These coatings do not apply a film on the surface, but act as a repellent to the incoming liquid, be it paint, oil or water.

The main products that we use for Anti - Graffiti are Faceal Oleo HD and Faceal Colour HD.

We apply these on to the surface that requires protection in the event of a Graffiti Attack we can remove the paint using our power washing removal procedure. This procedure will not affect the protective coat or the underlying surface, but will only remove the Spray paint.
